Painted cel with background. Some slight flaking. At some point in its history was taped around edge to encompass cel and BG to construction paper and cardboard.

Painted cel. Flaking prob. needs some restoration Taped to cardboard like previous cel.
SPIES (1943)
Painted cel stapled to background. Great condition... except for...uhh... the staples.
